French Crepes (Minneapolis, MN), August 23, 2020
Nestled in an obscure parking lot on Eat Street (aka Nicollet Avenue) in South Minneapolis is the oft-overlooked My Huong Kitchen, a magical little gem that is easy to miss if you're not looking for it. Forget the pho and banh mi (both equally deserving of their own A&A blog posts, for sure), and jump right to the french crepes. Though the advertisement as "the world's best crepe" may raise some dubious eyebrows, the taste and presentation most certainly won't. Unable to choose between strawberry, nutella, or banana, we opted instead for all three! (My Huong Kitchen, Minneapolis, MN)
